I really appreciated that we were just about 1.5 km from the Superman Krypton Coaster and a short trip to beautiful Bonnie Conner Park, making our explorations of nearby attractions so enjoyable and convenient.

great views but need better amenities

The stunning views and well-kept grounds were genuinely impressive. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making our family feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The amenities were lacking for a resort of this size.

The views were absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed every moment relaxing by the pool. The food was surprisingly good for a resort, especially the lunch at the pool bar. However, the landscaping was quite different from the photos, as the grass was brown and not well maintained.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the Texas Hill Country wine tours and the golf course nearby. The staff was friendly, and there are great dining options. Remember to pack sunscreen and comfy shoes for walking around. I highly recommend making reservations for restaurants ahead of time.

During my stay, I appreciated how each morning there were fresh breakfast pastries available in the main building of the Villa. The infinity pool service was great, staff were always around making sure we had drinks and food, it really enhanced the overall vibe.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the experience, I found it to be acceptable.

Oh, the culinary delights at La Cantera Resort & Spa are a feast for the senses! Sweet Fire Kitchen served up a Texas-sized breakfast with a flair that made every morning special. The adult pool area was a dreamy escape, perfect for lazy days soaking up the sun. Plus, the staff made sure every moment felt like a breeze—room was spot on, comfy and clean!

Now, not to throw shade, but the valet crew could've turned up the friendliness dial. They missed a couple of chances to lend a hand to elderly guests in the rain. It’s all in the little gestures, right?
